These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by R N Pest Control Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, mosquito control, bed bug treatment, sanitization and related services at locations in Hyderabad, Telangana. Service scope and methods will be defined in the service estimate or work order provided to you.

2. Booking & Estimates

To request service, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or via the website enquiry form.
We will provide a free inspection and estimate when required. Estimates are valid for the period stated in the estimate.
All work and prices are subject to the condition of the premises and access. Additional charges may apply if there are hidden issues not visible during inspection.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the estimate or invoice. We accept cash, bank transfer or approved online payment methods.
Full payment may be required for one-time services upon completion. For recurring contracts, payment schedules will be agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. For short-notice cancellations, we may apply a cancellation fee if resources were already allocated.
If our technicians are unable to access the property due to incorrect instructions or locked premises, additional call-out charges may apply.

5. Customer Obligations

Prior to the service appointment, customers must:

Provide accurate property details and disclose any hazards (e.g., pets, sensitive occupants, allergies, chemical sensitivities).
Follow any preparation instructions provided (e.g., clearing areas, covering food, securing pets).
Inform us immediately of any health concerns or special requirements.

6. Service Results & Guarantees

Pest control effectiveness depends on property conditions and cooperation with recommended preventive measures. We offer service warranties only where explicitly stated in the written estimate. Follow-up visits for guaranteed services will be provided within the warranty period as specified.

7. Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that service. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your failure to disclose relevant information or follow safety instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials and documents are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or reuse our brand assets without written consent.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint about our services, please contact us at pestcontrolrn@gmail.com. We aim to resolve issues promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Important: We use pesticides and professional chemicals that may require temporary evacuation or precautions. We will inform you of any necessary safety measures prior to treatment. Please follow all instructions provided by our technicians.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
